MindPower Golf School, deposit & cancellation policy

We require a deposit of $200 per student at the time of booking. This deposit will be charged to your Visa, Paypal or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express, Discover cards, or checks. Absolutely NO refunds will be made for schools cancelled with less than 7 days notice. NO EXCEPTION. We will work with you in every respect to reschedule dates so that your instruction can be accommodated. After paying your deposit, the balance of your school fee will be charged five business days prior to the commencement of your school.

Cancellation with more than 7 days notice - 50% of the fee will be charged. If a school is cancelled with less than 7 days, 100% of the fee will be charged.  All cancellations MUST be made by email and directed to: cancellations@MindPowerGolf.com

A confirmation number will be sent to you by immediate return email.
We will then make alternative dates available to you for a 100% credit of your school.

Please note there is a Cancellation Policy in operation and will apply as follows:

More than7 days – 50% of tuition fee

Less than 7 days – 100% of tuition fee

HANK HANEY GOLF SCHOOL CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests received 45 days prior to the start of the school:
Cancellation:  refund of ninety-five (95%) of the fee;
Rescheduling:  credit of one-hundred (100%)

Requests received 21-44 days prior to the start of the school:
Cancellation:  refund of ninety (90%) of the fee;
Rescheduling:  credit of one-hundred (100%)

Requests revived 7-20 days prior to the start of the school:
Cancellation:  refund of seventy-five (75%) of the fee.
Rescheduling:  credit of one-hundred (100%)

Participants who cancel within seven (7) days prior to the start of the school will forfeit the total amount of the reservation.
